How It Works/What To Do

1. Call us -- we will be your mailing consultant.  We'll work with you to insure that your mail piece design meets USPS requirements for the best possible postage discounts.
   
   
2. Decide who you are mailing to.  We can use your list or a list provided by us. See Mail lists
   
   
3. Decide on the type of mail piece, post card, letter, flyer?
   
   
   
4. Write your message – this is as important as your list. 
   1. Not too wordy
   2. Focus on what you are offering
   3. Make the offering time sensitive e.g., limited time offer
      
      
5. Allow enough time for copy design; final proof and confirmation of mailing requirements.
   
   
6. Before going to final print, Mail Plus More should be part of the proofing process -- before your design is completed and before you go to press.
   
   
7. After final proof is approved and mail list is finalized, postage costs will be required prior to delivery to the Post Office.
