Businesses are not the only organizations that can take advantage of Postal Rate Discounts. Social organizations, sports clubs, etc., that mail newsletters and other information to members can do these mailings at reduced postage rates. There is a USPS minimum of 200 pieces to qualify.Churches and non-profit organizations can realize even deeper discounts by obtaining a non-profit pre-cancelled number from the Post Office. There is no charge for this number. It is not an imprint number like Mail Plus More has. This non-profit pre-cancelled number allows you to use Mail Plus More's permit to obtain the non-profit rates.
